Dallas fans harass Chris Paul’s family during Game 4 loss to Suns
Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul had a tough Sunday in Dallas.
Paul was fouled with 8:58 left in the fourth quarter in a 111-101 loss to the Mavericks in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
He finished with just five points on 2-of-4 shooting to go along with seven assists, five rebounds and a steal in just 23 minutes played.
And after the conclusion of Game 4, Paul’s mother had her hands laid on by Dallas fans and his wife was also pushed, according to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin.

McMenamin added that Paul’s children witnessed the incident and “felt very unsafe”.
“I don’t mind the players for saying things to the fans but the fans can get their hands on our families… (expletive) that!!” Paul tweeted after the game.
The Mavericks are aware of the incident and released a statement via Mark Stein:
“The Dallas Mavericks are aware of an incident between a fan and Chris Paul’s family. This was unacceptable behavior and will not be tolerated. The Mavericks, along with the American Airlines Center, promptly removed the fan from the game today.
With the series now tied at 2-2, the Suns host the Mavericks in Game 5 at the Footprint Center on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
